The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, offers three- and four-year BA, two-year MA and PhD programmes in economics, psychology, English, political science and related subjects.
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is the arts and social science wing of Vivekananda Global University in Jagatpura, Jaipur. Students who finish Class 12 in any stream can take a three-year BA or a four-year BA (Hons) in economics, psychology, English, international relations, political science, geography or history, and the honours list also includes public policy and development. The two-year MA covers economics, geography, international relations, political science, psychology, English and public policy in practice. PhD research is offered in these areas and in public administration and public policy. The faculty mixes classroom teaching with field visits, internships and links with NGOs and government bodies.

Admission
Admission through: Merit, Entrance test
The BA is open to students who have passed Class 12 in any stream, and the MA needs a relevant bachelor's degree. PhD applicants need a postgraduate degree and must meet the entrance criteria. The faculty FAQ says admission is based on merit, with entrance criteria for selected programmes; applications are made through the VGU online form.
