Dhempe College of Arts and Science is an autonomous Dempo Charities Trust college at Miramar, Panaji, founded in 1962, offering BA, B.Sc, B.Sc Biotechnology and M.Sc Analytical Chemistry.
Dhempe College of Arts and Science was started in June 1962 by the Dempo Charities Trust and sits near the Miramar beach in Panaji. In its early years it was affiliated to the University of Mumbai and it moved to Goa University in 1985; it now runs as an autonomous college. The college offers B.A. and B.Sc. degrees, a B.Sc. in Biotechnology and an M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry. The 2026-27 prospectus lists a first-year B.A. fee of about ₹8,500 and a first-year B.Sc. fee of about ₹9,500. It has research labs, a language lab, a central computer facility and a gymkhana.

Admission
Admission through: Merit
Students apply online through the e-Samarth admission portal; Goa Board students also apply for a provisional eligibility certificate through Goa University. Seats in each subject combination are given on merit and availability, with reservation as per state government rules. Admission is final only after the principal's approval, fee payment and Goa University approval.
