What does a Business Analyst do?
Business analysts study how an organisation works and recommend better processes, products or systems, often using data. They act as a bridge between business teams and technology teams.
A business analyst talks to users and managers to understand needs, maps current processes, studies data, writes requirement documents and checks that new systems solve the problem.
In India business analysts work in IT services and product firms, banks, consulting companies, e-commerce and manufacturing companies.
