Munger University is a state university in Munger, Bihar, created in 2018 from TM Bhagalpur University, covering five districts of south Bihar.
Munger University started functioning on 18 March 2018 after it was split from Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University. Its jurisdiction covers Munger, Lakhisarai, Sheikhpura, Jamui and Khagaria districts, and its office runs from the R.D. & D.J. College campus. Admission
Admission through: Merit, Entrance test
Undergraduate semester-one admission is done through an online link on the university website. PG and professional course seats are filled by the university and its colleges as per notices. PhD aspirants apply online for the PhD admission test.

- Bachelor of Computer Applications: Studying in: Class 12; any stream; universities set their own minimum marks (some run a mathematics bridge course)
- Bachelor of Education: Studying in: UG; At least 50% marks in UG; bachelor's and/or master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Bachelor of Laws: Studying in: UG; bachelor's degree in any discipline; BCI minimum not below 45%
- Bachelor of Pharmacy: Studying in: Class 12; Science subjects as specified by PCI Education Regulations; institution must be PCI-approved for the degree to count for registration
- Master of Arts: Studying in: UG; At least 50% marks in UG; three- or four-year bachelor's degree; subject requirements vary (e.g. DU M.A. Economics needs Mathematics in Class 12 or 4 credits of Mathematics in the degree)
- Master of Commerce: Studying in: UG; At least 50% marks in UG; B.Com (Hons/Pass) or equivalent such as BBA, BMS or BBE (University of Delhi)
