Satish Chander Dhawan (SCD) Government College is one of the oldest colleges in Ludhiana, with roots going back about a hundred years, and it is run by the Department of Higher Education, Punjab. Admission
Admission through: Merit
Students apply online on the college admission portal and the process follows the Panjab University admission calendar. Seats in BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA and PG classes are filled on merit in the qualifying examination, with subject-combination rules for BA.
