About University College of Commerce and Business Management, Kakatiya University
UCCBM on the Kakatiya University campus in Hanamkonda teaches MBA, M.Com in Financial Accounting and PhD research, building on a commerce department that dates from 1968.
The University College of Commerce and Business Management traces its start to the commerce department opened in 1968 at the Osmania University PG Centre in Warangal, which moved to Kakatiya University in 1976. A diploma in business management followed in 1978 and the MBA in 1985, and the department was raised to a full college in 2013. Today its main programmes are the MBA, the M.Com in Financial Accounting and doctoral research. The university IIQA also lists BBA and B.Com through distance mode and MBA specialisations in finance, human resources and marketing. The college is headed by a principal who is also dean of the commerce and business management faculty.

Admission through: Entrance test
MBA seats at the college are filled through the Telangana state ICET and counselling, and M.Com seats through the Telangana common PG entrance and counselling. PhD admissions follow the university doctoral notifications.
