AIIMS Jodhpur is one of the newer AIIMS set up by the central government. It runs MBBS and B.Sc (Hons) Nursing at undergraduate level, MD/MS and other postgraduate courses, and doctoral research. MBBS seats come through NEET-UG counselling, while nursing seats are allotted through the common AIIMS nursing counselling. It is ranked 19 in the NIRF 2025 Medical list.

Admission
Admission through: Entrance test
MBBS admission is through NEET-UG counselling. B.Sc (Hons) Nursing seats are allotted through the common counselling run by the AIIMS New Delhi examination section. PhD and postgraduate seats are filled through separate entrance tests.

- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery: Studying in: Class 12; Must have studied: Physics; Must have studied: Chemistry; Must have studied: Biology; Must have studied: English; Biotechnology accepted in place of Biology; age 17 on or before 31 January of the NEET-UG year; minimum eligible score in NEET-UG
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing: Studying in: Class 12; Stream: Science (PCB); Must have studied: English; At least 45% marks in Class 12; minimum age 17 on 31 December of the admission year
- Doctor of Philosophy: Studying in: PG; At least 55% marks in PG
