University College of Commerce and Management Studies (UCCMS) is a constituent college of Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU), the state university of Udaipur. Commerce teaching in Udaipur is older than the university itself, and the college today works through three departments: Accountancy and Business Statistics, Banking and Business Economics, and Business Administration. At the undergraduate level it runs the B.Com under the NEP, a B.Com Honours, a B.Voc and a BBA, while its departments teach M.Com specialisations and guide PhD scholars. Classes are held at two premises, one on Saraswati Marg and one at Vanijya Bhawan on the main campus. The college lists 34 classrooms, a library and reading room, an e-library, two computer labs and a Wi-Fi campus, and students can use university hostels and sports facilities.

Admission
Admission through: Merit
Admission to the B.Com, BBA and M.Com programmes is handled by Mohanlal Sukhadia University through its online admission portal. Applicants register, choose the programme and upload Class 12 or graduation details. Seats are filled as per the university admission rules, and PhD admission is through the department after an interview.
