Saroj Institute of Technology and Management (SITM) is a private college on the Lucknow-Sultanpur Road, set up in 2001, offering B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, B.Pharm and engineering diplomas.

Saroj Institute of Technology and Management, usually called SITM, was started in 2001 and sits at Ahimamau near Arjunganj, at the 12th kilometre of the Lucknow-Sultanpur Road. It is a private, AICTE-approved college linked to the state technical university for its degree courses. B.Tech is offered in many branches, including civil, mechanical, computer science, IT, biotechnology and AI and machine learning, with M.Tech for GATE-qualified graduates. The campus also runs MBA and MCA, a four-year B.Pharm and three-year polytechnic diplomas in civil, electrical, electronics and mechanical engineering. The 35-acre campus has hostels, labs, a library and transport.

Admission

Admission through: Entrance test, Merit

B.Tech and diploma seats are filled mainly through UPCET merit and state counselling, with a small share under the management quota. M.Tech admission is based on GATE followed by counselling. Applicants bring mark sheets, entrance score cards, transfer and migration certificates, a character certificate and photo ID at the time of admission.

• Bachelor of Pharmacy: Studying in: Class 12; Science subjects as specified by PCI Education Regulations; institution must be PCI-approved for the degree to count for registration
• Bachelor of Technology: Studying in: Class 12; Must have studied: Physics; Must have studied: Mathematics; At least 45% marks in Class 12; one more subject from the AICTE list (e.g. Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Biology)
• Master of Business Administration: Studying in: UG; At least 50% marks in UG; bachelor's degree of at least three years in any discipline
• Master of Computer Applications: Studying in: UG; At least 50% marks in UG; BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent
• Master of Technology: Studying in: UG; Enrolled in: Bachelor of Technology; At least 50% marks in UG; B.E./B.Tech in a relevant discipline; GATE score preferred
