The School of Computing Science and Engineering is the largest computing school of Galgotias University in Greater Noida, with departments of computer science and engineering and of cyber security. Its four-year B.Tech CSE is offered with specialisations such as cyber security, cloud computing with AI, quantum computing with AI, gaming technology, full-stack development and IoT with blockchain, and lateral entry is open to diploma holders. Postgraduates can choose a two-year M.Tech in CSE, cyber security or quantum technologies, including Indo-French options and evening routes for working professionals, while PhD research is offered in computer science and cyber security. The school lists more than 30 labs, some sponsored by IBM, Cisco, Red Hat and Microsoft, and a centre for data science and analytics. Eligibility for B.Tech is Class 12 with 60% marks in PCM-related subjects.

Admission

Admission through: Merit, Lateral

B.Tech applicants need Class 12 with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and a listed subject; diploma or B.Sc holders with 60% can join in the second year through lateral entry. M.Tech applicants need a B.E/B.Tech, MCA or M.Sc in computer science or IT with 50% marks, and CUET or GATE scores are preferred. Applications are made online on the Galgotias University admissions portal.
