The School of Computer Science and Applications at IFTM University, Moradabad, runs B.Tech CSE and AI, BCA, MCA and M.Tech programmes.

IFTM University is a state private university on Delhi Road in Moradabad, set up under a 2010 Uttar Pradesh Act and recognised by UGC. Its School of Computer Science and Applications offers four-year B.Tech degrees in Computer Science and Engineering and in Artificial Intelligence for Class 12 PCM students. A BCA (honours with research) is open to Class 12 students who studied Mathematics. Graduates can take a two-year MCA, which accepts any stream with Mathematics at Class 12 or a BCA, or a two-year M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, which needs 55% in a B.Tech CS or MCA. Most undergraduate courses ask for 45% marks, with 40% for SC and ST students.

Admission

Admission through: Merit, Direct

Applicants register online through the IFTM 2026-27 registration portal, download the application form and submit it with documents such as the Class 10 mark sheet and Aadhaar to the university Admission Cell in Moradabad. Each programme has its own minimum marks, generally 45% (40% for SC/ST) in the qualifying exam. B.Tech needs Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and MCA needs a degree with Mathematics at Class 12 level or a BCA.
