The School of Engineering and Technology at IFTM University, Moradabad, teaches civil, mechanical, electrical and electronics engineering at B.Tech, M.Tech and PhD level.

The School of Engineering and Technology (SET) is part of IFTM University, a UGC-recognised state private university in Moradabad. It runs four-year B.Tech programmes in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics and Communication Engineering for Class 12 students with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The same four branches are offered as two-year M.Tech programmes for B.Tech graduates with 55% marks. The school also guides PhD scholars in all four branches, with a 2026-27 PhD fee of 70,000 rupees a year. Computer science B.Tech courses sit in a separate IFTM school, so they are not listed here.

Admission

Admission through: Merit, Direct

Applicants register online on the IFTM 2026-27 registration portal, then send the filled application form with a photo, Class 10 mark sheet, Aadhaar copy and registration fee receipt to the Admission Cell in Moradabad. B.Tech needs Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and at least 45% (40% for SC/ST); M.Tech needs 55% in the relevant B.Tech branch. PhD eligibility follows the UGC 2022 regulations and the university PhD ordinance.
